Ingredients
Paneer 400 g
Ghee 50 g
Garlic paste 10 g
Coriander seeds 15 g
Red chilies 2 no.
Green chilies 10 g
Ginger 15 g
Tomatoes 500 g
Garam masala 5 g
Gr. Coriander 10 g
Capsicum 50 g
Salt
Red chilly pwd.
Method
1. Wash & chop tomatoes, ginger & green chilies.
2. Cut capsicum in juliennes & paneer into fingers
3. Crush whole recd chilies & coriander seeds
4. Heat ghee in a kadhai & add garlic paste, sauté over medium heat, add crushed spices, stir
5. Add ginger & tomatoes, sauté for 5 min.
6. Add salt, garam masala, green Coriander & capsicum & cook till masala leaves oil.
7. Add paneer, sauté for a minute
8. Adjust seasoning
9. Garnish with chopped green coriander, juliennes of ginger.
